What we store, how long, and who can see it.

NEW STATE asks personal questions, so it is built to hold the answers privately. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what is stored and who has access.

What is stored

When you use NEW STATE, the following is stored in your account:

Who has access

How long it is kept

Your material is kept for as long as your account exists, so you can return to your practice at any time — including after your 30 days of AI creation and refinement end. If you would like your account and stored material deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

Analytics

The public pages of this site use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are disabled, and no personal information from your account, interview or rehearsals is sent to analytics.

What NEW STATE is not

NEW STATE is identity-rehearsal and personal-development software. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and the material you create is not health data. Please do not enter information you would not want stored in a personal-development app.
